From Cádiz to the world Meetup

Our team at 47 Degrees are working with the Camara de Comercio de Cádiz to organize an event that’s a little different from what we normally do, but at the same time, equally constructive.

The goal of this is to showcase professionals from the province of Cádiz who are making a difference internationally with their work in the digital sector.

To begin with, we’ll have a roundtable with Drita (a writer for Yahoo and former Chief Editor of Engadget), Carlos Martinez (a writer for Yahoo and a Senior Editor for Engadget) and Pedro Santa Maria (Head of Video at Engadget). They will discuss how journalism has changed and how to work for international blogs from Cádiz.

The second talk comes from the people of iToo Software. You cannot even imagine how many times you’ve seen the work of these gaditanos in films and video games. They have one of the most popular automatic 3D rendering plugins in the world. They will come and talk about selling licenses internationally and how they entered this market.
